Beginners Mind Zen - Zen Mindfulness Practice & Meditation
Beginners Mind's weekly practice meetings, held Wednesday evenings at the Yoga Center on Rose Hill Road, are comprised of sitting and walking meditation, chants, recitations and Dharma discussions, all based on the daily practice at Thich Nhat Hanh's monastery in southern France, and includes monthly renewals of the precepts known as the Five Mindfulness Trainings.
Beginners Mind Sangha was started in 1994 by members of the Order of Interbeing, a socially engaged lay order dedicated to application of the Buddhist precepts to contemporary life, founded by Thich Nhat Hanh, the widely published Vietnamese Zen master. The sangha also sponsors three-day retreats conducted by visiting teachers, plus individual Days of Mindfulness throughout the year

Center For Spiritual Living
A vibrant spiritual community dedicated to revealing the Divine within to ignite individual and global transformation. We are creating a world that works for everyone!
Treasure Valley Dharma Friends
The group started meeting in 2000 and officially became known as Treasure Valley Dharma Friends in 2001. Dan Black established a connection with Vietnamese nuns who maintained a small temple in Boise, the Lien Thuu Thien Tu Buddhist Meditation Temple. Even though the TVDF follows Tibetan Buddhist practices, the relationship with the Vietnamese nuns has grown. The nuns have opened their small temple to TVDF and offered it as a meeting place for the weekly Saturday sessions and talks by visiting teachers. TVDF has helped the Vietnamese temple by assisting with overhead, upkeep and improvement
