About Eyes of the World Imports
Eyes of the World Imports, Inc.
had its beginning in the fall of 1994
We began in a little red brick house on N.16th Street in north Boise, overflowing with rare and unusual handmade items from around the globe. The ‘buzz’ about this fun new retail import store took off quickly and after 2 years, we made a move to 8th & Fort Street in the Fort Street Shopping Center, expanding into a much larger space, to meet the demands and desires of our enthusiastic customers and friends! Adjacent to the Boise Co-op, we thrived in the Fort Street location for 11 years, as an international market place tucked away in Boise’s northend. In 2007 we moved to our current location at 16th & Grove – the “big red building” with high enough ceilings to accommodate all of our prayer flags. We are locally owned and operated.Read More
